HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?
Thats up to you! The online reservation system makes it easy and accepts all credit cards. We also accept cash, checks, Venmo, PayPal if paying in person.
DO WE NEED TO BRING OUR OWN EQUIPMENT?
Nope, we've got you covered! All of our rooms are backlined but feel free to bring your own gear too! Each room comes with a full P.A. guitar & bass amp, and drum set. (keyboard amps available on request)
CAN I BORROW GEAR FROM ANOTHER ROOM?
Nope, Nope, Nope! If you need a hand with an amp/cable/ or ANY gear in your room, please ask an employee or call the main number.
We have carefully chosen the gear to fit the size of each room. Taking gear from one room to use in another is prohibited.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY GUITAR OR BASS?
We typically have a guitar & bass available on a first come first serve basis.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We are open from 2PM to 12AM seven days a week.
WHEN DO YOU ACCEPT NEW BOOKINGS?
We accept new bookings 24 hours a day via our webpage. If you would like to speak to someone personally about a specific booking or private event we can be reached from 10am-9pm by phone or email. Email is always the quickest way to get in touch with someone.
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancel within 12hr get a full refund. 4-12hr will get a half refund. Under 4 hours to no show is no refund. Cancellation fees are waived in the event of an emergency or extreme weather conditions.
WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?
We have PLENTY of parking! There are 4 to 5 spots directly in front of the space as well as ample street parking up and down Acoma.
I'VE GOT A SHOW COMING UP, CAN I PROMOTE IT THERE?
Of course! Got an upcoming gig? Need to put up a "band member wanted" Ad? We want people to know! Feel free to put up your flyers, cards, show posters, etc on our community board next to the sofas.
CAN WE SMOKE OR VAPE IN THE ROOMS WHILE WE PRACTICE?
Sorry Charlie, There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the building. However, there is a designated smoking area in the alley behind the warehouse. (The door in front of room 4)
WE LIKE TO PARTY....CAN WE BRING ALCOHOL WITH US TO PRACTICE?
You got it! PARTY ON! As long as its kept away from the gear, you clean up after yourself, and it stays in the building or in the back alleyway. No alcohol is allowed in front parking lot facing Acoma Street.
IS FOOD ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING?
You bet! Just please be sure to keep it off of the gear, and to clean up after yourselves. We have trash cans in each room and at the end of the hallways.
DO YOU SELL REFRESHMENTS?
We sell Red Bull and have a cold filtered water fountain available to fill up water bottles/jugs.
IS THERE WI-FI?
You bet! There is free wi-fi throughout the building. Go to the flyer board by the sofas for info to connect.
DO YOU OFFER ROOMS FOR PODCASTING OR VOICE RECORDING?
Yes! Our rooms are acoustically treated, making them ideal for podcasts, voiceovers, or audio production. Just mention you need a quieter setup when booking.
ARE YOUR ROOMS SUITABLE FOR VIDEO SHOOTS OR PHOTOGRAPHY?
Absolutely. Our spaces feature professional acoustic treatments and visually appealing backgrounds, making them perfect for music videos, photography, or livestreaming sessions.
CAN I BOOK THE SPACE FOR PRIVATE EVENTS OR SHOWCASES?
Yes! SRS Denver’s Production Room can host private events, showcases, workshops, and small performances. Contact us directly to discuss details, availability, and pricing.
DO YOU PROVIDE STORAGE OPTIONS IF WE BOOK REGULARLY?
We do! Limited secure storage is available for musicians who frequently use our rehearsal spaces. Ask our team about monthly storage options.
IS THE FACILITY WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Absolutely. We strive to be welcoming to everyone. Please let us know ahead of your visit if you have specific accessibility needs, and we’ll ensure a smooth experience.
CAN I RECORD MY PRACTICE SESSION AT SRS DENVER?
Yes! Feel free to record audio during your sessions—our rooms offer great acoustics for DIY recordings. Please bring your own recording gear or ask if additional gear is available.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LONG-TERM OR RECURRING BOOKINGS?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for long-term and recurring bookings. Reach out via email or phone, and we’ll set up a personalized arrangement to meet your needs.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE FACILITY?
We love furry friends but unfortunately can’t accommodate pets due to noise and allergies. Service animals, of course, are always welcome.
CAN I HOST LESSONS OR CLASSES IN YOUR SPACES?
Absolutely! Many local music instructors use our spaces for private lessons. Our rooms provide an ideal neutral, professional environment for teaching.
HOW LARGE ARE YOUR LARGEST SPACES?
Our largest production room comfortably accommodates full stage setups, lighting rigs, and band rehearsals, with plenty of extra space for equipment, film crews, or guests. Please contact us directly to confirm specific dimensions and availability.
CAN I RENT ADDITIONAL SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT?
Yes! We offer various specialized equipment rentals, including premium keyboards, tube amps, and percussion gear. Just let us know what you need ahead of time.
ARE MINORS ALLOWED IN THE REHEARSAL SPACES?
Yes, minors are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
